under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation (Safeguards) Act 1987

 

PURSUANT to sub-section 20(1) of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation (Safeguards) Act 1987 and in accordance with regulation 4 of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation (Safeguards) Regulations, I, Geoffrey Shaw, Director General, Australian Safeguards and Non-Proliferation Office, Delegate of the Minister for Foreign Affairs, hereby give notice that the following permits or authorities have been granted, varied or revoked between
