REGULATIONS UNDER THE PATENTS ACT 1952.*
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Patents Act 1952.

Amendments of the Patent Attorneys Regulations†
Board of Examiners of Patent Attorneys.
1. Regulation 5 of the Patent Attorneys Regulations is amended by omitting the word “ Attorney-General ” (wherever occurring) and substituting the word “ Minister ”.
Election of members of the Board.
2. Regulation 6 of the Patent Attorneys Regulations is amended by omitting the word “ Attorney-General ” (wherever occurring) and substituting the word “ Minister ”.
Secretary to the Board.
3. Regulation 9 of the Patent Attorneys Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1) the word “ Attorney-General ” and substituting the word “ Minister ”.
Appointment of examiners.
4. Regulation 16 of the Patent Attorneys Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (3) the word “ Attorney-General ” and substituting the word “ Minister ”.
Hearings by the Commissioner.
5. Regulation 27 of the Patent Attorneys Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (3) the word “ Attorney-General ” and substituting the word “ Minister ”.
Appeal against order.
6. Regulation 29 of the Patent Attorneys Regulations is amended by omitting the word “ Attorney-General ” (wherever occurring) and substituting the word “ Minister ”.
