Order to Identify the Minister Responsible for the
National Faster Rail Agency

I, General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under section 65 of the Public Service Act 1999, identify the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government as the Minister responsible for the National Faster Rail Agency.
