Order to allocate the name Australian Financial Security Authority
to the Executive Agency established as the Insolvency and Trustee Service Australia

 

 

 

I, QUENTIN BRYCE AC CVO, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under section 65 of the Public Service Act 1999, allocate the name Australian Financial Security Authority to the Executive Agency established as the Insolvency and Trustee Service Australia.

 

 

This Order will commence on 15 August 2013.
