Nursing Homes Assistance Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Nursing Homes Assistance Act 1974.

Commencement

 1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 5 November 1981.

Prescribed rate for the purposes of paragraph 13 (1) (a) of the Act

 2. Regulation 5A of the Nursing Homes Assistance Regulations is amended by omitting “$62.65” and substituting “$65.10”.

Rate for the purposes of paragraph 13 (1) (d) of the Act

 3. Regulation 6 of the Nursing Homes Assistance Regulations is amended by omitting the table and substituting the following table:
