NTC-30282 – ASSIGNING AIRPORT CATEGORY – WESTERN SYDNEY INTERNATIONAL (NANCY-BIRD WALTON) AIRPORT

 

 

I am a Delegate of the Secretary of the Department of Home Affairs. Under subsection 28(6) of the Aviation Transport Security Act 2004 (the Act), I:

 

ASSIGN Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport as a designated security controlled airport, as further defined under regulation 3.01B of the Aviation Transport Security Regulations 2005.

 

This Notice commences on publication in the Gazette.
