Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security Act 2003
NTC-27581 – DESIGNATION OF PORT OPERATOR – PORT OF CARNARVON – CAPE CUVIER
I am a Delegate of the Secretary of the Department of Home Affairs. Under subsection 14(1) of the Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security Act 2003 (the Act), I:
REVOKE Notice M01054 which designated Dampier Salt Limited ACN 008 706 590 as the port operator of the security regulated port of Port Carnarvon – Cape Cuvier as published in the Gazette (C2013G01122, 22 July 2013); and
DESIGNATE that Lake Macleod Pty Ltd ACN 670 992 060 as the port operator of the security regulated port of Port of Carnarvon – Cape Cuvier.
This Notice commences upon publication in the Gazette.
