Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security Act 2003
NTC-27282 – DESIGNATION OF PORT OPERATOR – PORT OF GOVE
I am a Delegate of the Secretary of the Department of Home Affairs. Under subsection 14(1) of the Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security Act 2003 (the Act), I:
REVOKE Notice M01478 which designated Alcan Gove Pty Limited ABN 76 000 453 663 as the Port Operator of the Port of Gove as published in the Gazette (C2014G00875, 30 May 2014) and Notice NTC-16490 signed 21 August 2019; and
DESIGNATE that RTA Gove Pty Limited ACN 000 453 663 trading as Alcan Gove Pty Ltd as the port operator of the Port of Gove.
This Notice commences upon publication in the Gazette.
