NTC-23783 - NOTICE ASSIGNING SECURITY CONTROLLED AIRPORT CATEGORY

I am a Delegate of the Secretary of the Department of Home Affairs. Under subsection 28(6) of the Aviation Transport Security Act 2004 (the Act), I
REVOKE the assignment of Illawarra Regional Airport as a Tier 3 security controlled airport as published in the Gazette (C2020G01032, published 19 December 2020) in Table 4, row number 26, of the Notice; and.
ASSIGN Shellharbour Airport as a Tier 3 security controlled airport.
This Notice commences upon publication in the Gazette.
