NTC-23723 - REVOCATION OF SECURITY REGULATED OFFSHORE FACILITY – NORTHERN ENDEAVOUR
I am a Delegate of the Secretary of the Department of Home Affairs. Under subsection 17B(1) of the Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security Act 2003 (the Act), I:
REVOKE Notice NTC-10872 which declared Northern Endeavour as a security regulated offshore facility as published in the Gazette (C2016G01065, 08 August 2016).
This Notice commences upon publication in the Gazette.
