NTC-23402 - NOTICE ASSIGNING SECURITY CONTROLLED AIRPORT CATEGORY

I am a Delegate of the Secretary of the Department of Home Affairs. Under subsection 28(6) of the Aviation Transport Security Act 2004 (the Act), I:
REVOKE the assignment of Dubbo City Regional Airport as a Tier 2 security controlled airport as published in the Gazette (C2020G01032, published 19 December 2020) in Table 3, row number 15, of the Notice; and
ASSIGN Dubbo Regional Airport as a Tier 2 security controlled airport.
This Notice commences upon publication in the Gazette.
