NOTIFICATION OF NATIONAL STANDARD FOR THE AUSTRALIAN BUILDERS PLATE FOR RECREATIONAL BOATS

I, Aaron de Rozario, Director, Transport Safety in exercise of the powers vested in me under section 193 of the Transport Integration Act 2010 (Vic), provide notice for the purposes of the Marine Safety Act 2010 (Vic), that the Australian Transport Council adopted the National Standard for the Australian Builders Plate for Recreational Boats (Edition 4) on 20 May 2011 (Standard).  The Standard is available at https://www.anzsbeg.com.au/files/7214/4920/4748/ABP_Ed_4.pdf
