IT IS HEREBY NOTIFIED for general information that the Senate on 25 November 2021 passed a resolution disallowing the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Amendment (2021 Measures No. 2) Regulations 2021 [F2021L00863], made under the Australian Charities and Not‑for‑profits Commission Act 2012.
