It is notified for general information that the Governor-General has approved the following amendments to:
- Declarations governing the award of the Humanitarian Overseas Service Medal with Clasps ‘SAMOA’, ‘CHRISTCHURCH’, ‘PAKISTAN II’ and ‘JAPAN’;
- Declarations and Determinations governing conditions for the award of the Australian Active Service Medal 1945-1975 with Clasp ‘THAILAND’ and for the award of the Australian Service Medal 1945-1975 with Clasp ‘THAILAND’; and
- Declarations and Determinations governing the award of the Australian Active Service Medal 1945-1975 with Clasp ‘ICAT’ and the Afghanistan Medal.
It is also notified for general information that the Governor-General has approved certain conditions for the award of the:
- Humanitarian Overseas Service Medal with Clasp ‘BRITISH COLUMBIA’ and ‘HAITI’;
- Australian Service Medal with Clasp ‘SOUTH SUDAN’;
- Australian Operational Service Medal – CIVILIAN; and
- Police Overseas Service Medal with Clasp ‘TPNG’.
