Notice under subsection 234AA(3)
Specification of areas to which section 234AA applies (No. 21/13) – Canberra International Airport
I, Jasmina Ackar, delegate of the Comptroller-General of Customs, under subsection 234AA(3) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act):
a) REVOKE the notice titled “Specification of Areas to which section 234AA Applies” published in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette No. C2016G01254 on 19 September 2016, specifying areas at Canberra International Airport to which section 234AA of the Act applies; and
b) SPECIFY the areas at Canberra International Airport within the red boundary lines as indicated in Attachment A to this notice as areas to which section 234AA of the Act applies.
