Notice under Subsection 15(2)
Boarding Station Appointment
I, John Gibbon, delegate of the Comptroller-General of Customs, under subsection 15(2) of the Customs Act 1901 (NI):
(a) appoint a boarding station in Norfolk Island Airport; and
(b) fix the limits of that boarding station as the area that is enclosed by a thick black line in Attachment A to this notice.
This Notice commences on 1 July 2016.
