Specification of Areas to which Section 234AA Applies
I, John Gibbon, delegate of the Comptroller-General of Customs, under subsection 234AA(3) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act):
specify the hatched areas indicated in Attachments A, B and C to this notice at Canberra International Airport, appointed under section 15 of the Act, as areas to which section 234AA of the Act applies.
This notice commences on 19 September 2016.
