Notice under Section 234AA of the Customs Act 1901
I, Jeff Buckpitt, delegate of the Chief Executive Officer of Customs, under subsections 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 and subsection 234AA (3) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) hereby:
a) revoke the notice specifying an area at Brisbane airport as an area to which section 234AA applies which appeared in the Commonwealth Gazette No GN3, 23 January 2013; and
b) specify the highlighted area indicated in Attachment A at Brisbane Airport as an area to which section 234AA of the Act applies.
