Notice under Rule 133(1) of the polling day for the Ugar Island ward   by-election  

 

 

 

I, Kenneth George Wyatt, Minister for Indigenous Australians, acting under Rule 133(1) of the Torres Strait Regional Authority Election Rules 2017, fix Saturday 12 October 2019 as the day for polling in the by-election for the Ugar Island ward.
