Cocos (Keeling) Islands Act 1955

 

I, Sarah Vandenbroek, Deputy Administrator of the Territory of Cocos (Keeling) Islands under the powers delegated to me under the Public and Bank Holidays Act 1972 (WA)(CKI), as enabled by section 8A of the Cocos (Keeling) Islands Act 1955, determine that the special Public Holiday known as the Queen’s Birthday in the Territory of Cocos (Keeling) Islands on Tuesday, 6 June 2023 will now be known as the King’s Birthday as below:
