NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF APPLICATION FOR THE REGISTRATION OF AN ASSOCIATION OF EMPLOYERS

NOTICE is given that an association called “Natroad Limited” has withdrawn its application made under the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 for registration as an organisation of employers.
The notice previously published by the Fair Work Commission on 13 February 2013 in accordance with regulation 22 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009 stated that the relevant application for registration had been made for an association called the “The National Road Transport Operators Association (known as Natroad)”.
A copy of the notice of withdrawal has been published on the website of the Fair Work Commission at: <http://www.fwc.gov.au> (under “Registered Organisations”, click on “Gazette Notices").
