NOTICE is given under Regulation 25 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009 by the Pro-Choice Union that it has withdrawn its application for registration as an organisation of employees.
A copy of the notice of withdrawal has been published on the website of the Fair Work Commission at: <http://www.fwc.gov.au> (under “Registered Organisations”, click on “Notices in the Gazette”).
This notice is published pursuant to regulation 25 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009.
