NOTICE UNDER SECTION 35 OF THE BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992
Pursuant to section 98 of the Commercial Television Conversion Scheme 1999 and section 92 of the National Television Conversion Scheme 1999, on 21 December 2012, the Australian Communications and Media Authority varied the Commercial Digital Channel Plan and National Digital Channel Plan for Remote Central and Eastern Australia.
