Notice under Section 285
Making the Wildlife Conservation Plan for Migratory Shorebirds
In accordance with the provisions of Section 285 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, this statement gives notice to the making of the Wildlife Conservation Plan for Migratory Shorebirds. This wildlife conservation plan was made by the Minister for the Environment on 21 December 2015 and came into force on 15 January 2016.
