Income tax:  Chandler Macleod Group Limited Scheme of Arrangement and Permitted Dividend

The Ruling sets out the Commissioner’s position for shareholders of Chandler Macleod Group Limited who meet the conditions specified within the Ruling.

The Ruling applies from 1 July 2014 to 30 June 2015.
