Notice of Revocation – Specified Agricultural Vehicle Notices 2023 (No.1)
- Purpose
This notice revokes specified agricultural vehicle notices that have been superseded by the National Class 1 Agricultural Vehicle and Combination Mass and Dimension Exemption Notice 2020 (No.1).
2. Authorising Provision
1) This Notice is made under the following section of the HVNL as applied in each participating jurisdiction:
a) Schedule 1, Section 23 – Power to make instrument or decision includes power to amend or repeal
3. Title
This Notice may be cited as the Notice of Revocation – Specified Agricultural Vehicle Notices 2023 (No.1).
4. Commencement
This notice commences on the date of its publication.
5. Revocation
1) This notice revokes the following mass and dimension authorities issued under the heavy Vehicle National Law:
a) South Australia Class 1 Agricultural Vehicle Mass and Dimension Exemption Notice 2019 (No.1)
b) Victoria Class 1 Agricultural Vehicle Exemption Notice 2018 (No.3)
2) This revocation takes effect 28 days after the publication of this Notice.
