Notice of Revocation of Security Regulated Port – Port of Spring Bay

Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security Act 2003

I, MICHELLE COZADINOS, Director, Transport Security Operations, Office of Transport Security, under subsection 13(1) of the Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security

Act 2003 (the Act):

REVOKE the declaration of the security regulated port of Spring Bay as published in the Gazette in:

• GN 1 on 10 January 2007 in notice ‘GM MAR SEC 196/2006’; and

• GN 50 on 23 December 2009 in notice ‘s13(1) 2009 103’; and

• C2014G00440 on 17 March 2014 in notice ‘M01291’.

This Notice commences upon publication in the Gazette.
