NOTICE OF REVOCATION OF SECURITY CONTROLLED AIRPORT – KAMBALDA AIRPORT

 

 

I, JACQUELINE IRELAND, Director, Transport Security Operations, Aviation and Maritime Security Division:

 

REVOKE, under subsection 28(2) of the Aviation Transport Security Act 2004 (the Act), Notice s28/2009028 which declared Kambalda Airport as a security controlled airport and established its boundaries and airside area, as published in the Gazette (No. GN 36, 16 September 2009); and

 

REVOKE, under subsection 28(6) of the Act, Notice A02690 which assigned Kambalda Airport as a category 6 security controlled airport, as published in the Gazette (No. S 293, 22 December 2011).

 

This Notice commences upon publication in the Gazette.
