Revocation of Declaration of National Land
Pursuant to subsection 27(1) of the Australian Capital Territory (Planning and Land Management) Act 1988 and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, I, DAVID COLEMAN, Assistant Minister for Finance, revoke the declarations of National Land made pursuant to Section 27(1) of the Australian Capital Territory (Planning and Land Management) Act 1988 by notices published in:
the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette No GN 15, 15 April 1992 in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule below,
