NOTICE OF REVOCATION OF A SECURITY CONTROLLED AIRPORT AND ITS BOUNDARIES, AREAS AND AIRPORT CATEGORISATION MILES AIRPORT

 

 

I, PETER WHITE, General Manager, Transport Security Operations, Office of Transport
Security:

 

REVOKE, under subsection 28(2) of the Aviation Transport Security Act 2004 (the Act),

Notice A05801 which declared Miles Airport as a security controlled airport and established
its boundaries and airside area, as published in the Gazette C2014G00728 on 7 May 2014.

 

REVOKE, under subsection 28(6) of the Act, Notice A05802 which assigned Miles Airport
as a Category 6 security controlled airport, as published in the Gazette C2014G00722 on 6
May 2014.
