NOTICE OF RESPONSIBLE MINISTERS APPROVAL 2014 (No. 1)
I, RICHARD HANCOCK, Chief Executive Officer of the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator, publish this notice of approval given by the responsible Ministers for the purposes of the Heavy Vehicle National Law as applied in participating jurisdictions (HVNL).
The approval in this notice relates to –
(a) AFM Business Rules.
For the purposes of the definition of AFM standards and business rules in section 457 of the HVNL, on 15 November 2013, the responsible Ministers approved the Advanced Fatigue Management Business Rules – Version 1.2, November 2013 (available on http://nhvr.gov.au).
Note –
The above approval was made under section 654(1)(b)(i) of the HVNL.
This notice is made under section 654(2) of the HVNL.
