NOTICE OF MAKING THE YORK PARK NORTH TREE PLANTATION HERITAGE MANAGEMENT PLAN 2024
The National Capital Authority gives notice, as required under subsection 341S(3) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, that a plan to protect and manage the Commonwealth Heritage values of York Park North Tree Plantation has been made. The plan is known as York Park North Tree Plantation Heritage Management Plan 2024. The plan is available on the Federal Register of Legislation.
