Making the Recovery Plan for the White Shark
In accordance with the provisions of Section 278 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, this statement gives notice to the revocation of the 2002 White Shark (Carcharodon carcharias) Recovery Plan and the making of a new recovery plan, the Recovery Plan for the White Shark (Carcharodon carcharias) 2013. This recovery plan was adopted by the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Water on 18 July 2013 and came into force on 6 August 2013.
