NOTICE OF MAKING THE DENT ISLAND LIGHSTATION HERITAGE MANAGEMENT PLAN UNDER THE ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION ACT 1999
Pursuant to subsection 341S (3) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, notice is hereby given that the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority and the Australian Maritime Safety Authority have jointly made the Dent Island Lightstation Heritage Management Plan to protect and manage the Dent Island lightstation's Commonwealth heritage values. This plan is available through www.gbrmpa.gov.au, www.amsa.gov.au and www.comlaw.gov.au.
