Notice of Joint Making of the National Recovery Plan for albatrosses and petrels (2022)
In accordance with the provisions of Section 278 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, this statement gives notice to the joint making, with the States of Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, and Tasmania, of the National Recovery Plan for albatrosses and petrels (2022). This recovery plan was made by the Commonwealth Minister for the Environment and Water on 27 September 2022 and came into force on 1 October 2022.
