NOTICE OF GRANT OF CROSS-BOUNDARY GREENHOUSE GAS ASSESSMENT PERMIT GX-6-AP
I, GRAEME ALBERT WATERS, National Offshore Petroleum Titles Administrator, on behalf of the Commonwealth-Victoria Greenhouse Gas Cross-boundary Authority, hereby give notice pursuant to section 734 of the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006 that Cross-boundary Greenhouse Gas Assessment Permit GX-6-AP has been granted to The Crown in Right of Victoria to have effect from 2 November 2022 to 25 September 2023.
Greenhouse Gas Assessment Permit VIC-GIP-002 and Victorian Greenhouse Gas Assessment Permit GGAP006386(V) ceased to be in force upon the grant of Cross-boundary Greenhouse Gas Assessment Permit GX-6-AP.
