NOTICE OF ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE TREATY BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF AUSTRALIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC CONCERNING EXTRADITION

Extradition (Czech Republic) Regulations 2023

 

 

I, Mark Dreyfus KC, Attorney-General, announce that the Treaty on Extradition between Australia and the Czech Republic done at Canberra, Australia, on 17 February 2022, enters into force for Australia on 1 July 2024.
