Notice of Entry into Force of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership for Peru

I, Jason Wood, Assistant Minister for Customs, Community Safety and Multicultural Affairs, under subsection 153ZKU(6) of the Customs Act 1901, announce that the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans‑Pacific Partnership, done at Santiago, Chile on 8 March 2018 enters into force for Peru on 19 September 2021.
