Notice of Designation of Port Operator - The Administration of Norfolk Island

Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security Act 2003

I, MICHAEL WILLIAM ROWE, Regional Director, Transport Security Operations, Office of Transport Security, under subsection 14(1) of the Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security Act 2003 (the Act):

REVOKE the designation of The Administration of Norfolk Island as the port operator for the security regulated port of Port of Norfolk Island, published in the Gazette (No. GN 37, 20 September 2006); and

DESIGNATE The Administration of Norfolk Island to be the port operator for the security regulated port of Port of Norfolk Island.

This Notice commences upon publication in the Gazette.
