Notice of designation of Port operator

– PORT OF CLARENCE RIVER (YAMBA)

 

 

I, MICHAEL WILLIAM ROWE, Regional Director, Transport Security Operations, Office

of Transport Security, under subsection 14(1) of the Maritime Transport and Offshore

Facilities Security Act 2003 (the Act):

 

REVOKE the designation of Waterways Authority of New South Wales as the port

operator for the security regulated port of Port of Clarence River (Yamba), published in

the Gazette (No. GN 189, 4 June 2004) on Line no. 15 of Column B (the port operator);

and

 

DESIGNATE Newcastle Port Corporation to be the port operator for the security

regulated port of Port of Clarence River (Yamba).

 

This Notice commences upon publication in the Gazette.
