I, JARAN BLETHYN, Acting Director, Transport Security Operations, Aviation and Maritime Security Division, under subsection 14(1) of the Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security Act 2003 (the Act):
DESIGNATE, Onslow Marine Support Base Pty Ltd (ACN 167 963 715) to be the port operator for the security regulated port of Port of Onslow (Beadon Creek).
This Notice commences upon publication in the Gazette.
