Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security Act 2003
Notice of designation of Port operator – KOOLAN IRON ORE PTY LTD
I, STEVEN ROWSON, Regional Director, Transport Security Operations, Office of Transport Security, under subsection 14(1) of the Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security Act 2003 (the Act):
REVOKE the designation of Koolan Island Iron Ore Pty Ltd as the port operator for the security regulated port of Port of Koolan Island published in the Gazette (No. GN/S 85, 07 May 2007); and
DESIGNATE Koolan Iron Ore Pty Ltd to be the port operator for the security regulated port of Port of Yampi Sound – Koolan Island.
This Notice commences upon publication in the Gazette.
