Notice of Designation of Port Operator - Far North Queensland Ports Corporation Limited - Port of Mourilyan

Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security Act 2003

I, ROBERT PUGSLEY, Director, Transport Security Operations, Office of

Transport Security, under subsection 14(1) of the Maritime Transport and Offshore

Facilities Security Act 2003 (the Act):

REVOKE the designation of Ports Corporation of Queensland, as the port operator for the security regulated port of Port of Mourilyan published in the Gazette S189, Friday 4 June

2004 Column B, line 8) and

DESIGNATE Far North Queensland Ports Corporation Limited to be the port operator

for the security regulated port of Port of Mourilyan.

This Notice commences upon publication in the Gazette.
