Notice of Designation of Port Operator - Far North Queensland Ports Corporation Limited

Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security Act 2003

I, ROBERT PUGSLEY, Director, Transport Security Operations, Office of Transport Security, under subsection 14(1) of the Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security Act 2003 (the Act):

REVOKE the designation of Queensland Ports Corporation as the port operator for the security regulated port of Port of Karumba published in the Gazette GN22, 2 June 2004 as AS MARSEC 150/2004 Line 15.

DESIGNATE Far North Queensland Ports Corporation Limited to be the port operator for the security regulated port of Port of Karumba.

This Notice commences upon publication in the Gazette.
