NOTICE OF DECLARATION OF SECURITY CONTROLLED AIRPORT AND AIRSIDE AREA – BUSSELTON-MARGARET RIVER REGIONAL

AIRPORT

I, JACQUELINE IRELAND, Director, Transport Security Operations, Office of Transport
Security:

REVOKE, under subsection 28(2) of the Aviation Transport Security Act 2004 (the Act),

Notice NTC-8994 which declared Busselton Regional Airport as a security controlled

airport as published in the Gazette (C2015G01374, 26 August 2015);

REVOKE, under subsection 28(2) of the Act), Notice-12910 Notice which declared

Busselton Airport as a security controlled airport as published in the Gazette

(C2017G00327, 22 March 2017);

DECLARE, under subsection 28(2) of the Act, that Busselton-Margaret River Regional

Airport is a security controlled airport, the boundaries of Busselton-Margaret River

Regional Airport are shown on the attached map which forms part of this notice; and

ESTABLISH, in accordance with section 29 of the Act, an airside area for Busselton-Margaret River Regional Airport being that area indicated as the airside area on the

attached map.

This Notice commences upon publication in the Gazette.
