NOTICE OF DECLARATION OF SECURITY CONTROLLED AIRPORT AND AIRSIDE AREA –

ARMIDALE REGIONAL AIRPORT

 

 

I, CELIA MEDLEY, Director, Transport Security Operations, Office of Transport Security:

 

REVOKE, under subsection 28(2) of the Aviation Transport Security Act 2004 (the Act), the declaration of Armidale Regional Airport as a security controlled airport including the

associated airside area and boundary established under s29 of the Act, as listed in the Gazette (No. 37, 24 February 2005); and

 

DECLARE, under subsection 28(2) of the Act, that Armidale Regional Airport is a security controlled airport, the boundaries of Armidale Regional Airport are shown on the attached

map which forms part of this notice; and

 

ESTABLISH, in accordance with section 29 of the Act, an airside area for Armidale

Regional Airport being that area indicated as the airside area on the attached map titled “Armidale Regional Council Airport Boundary Map”.

 

This Notice commences upon publication in the Gazette.
