NOTICE OF DECISION for the placement of an artificial reef (Reef Stars) at Bait Reef (SD21/01) UNDER
THE ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION (SEA DUMPING) ACT 1981
Pursuant to Section 25 of the Environment Protection (Sea Dumping) Act 1981, notice is hereby given that:
A permit was granted on 2 September 2021 to the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority (ABN 12 949 356 885), 280 Flinders Street, Townsville City, Queensland 4810, for the placement of an artificial reef (Reef Stars) at Bait Reef in the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park.
