NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF AN INITIAL ENVIRONMENTAL EVALUATION

 

I, Jason John Mundy, Delegate of the Minister for Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities, pursuant to regulation 7 of the Antarctic Treaty (Environment Protection) (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations, give notice that I have determined that the activity, proposed by Mr David Waterhouse of the Australian Antarctic Division, namely Quarry Operations at Casey station, is likely to have a minor or transitory impact on the environment.
