NOTICE OF COMING INTO FORCE FOR AUSTRALIA OF ARTICLE 31BIS OF THE AGREEMENT ON TRADE‑RELATED ASPECTS OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I, Arthur Sinodinos, Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science, announce that Article 31bis of the Agreement on Trade‑Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights set out in Annex 1C to the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization, done at Marrakesh on 15 April 1994, came into force for Australia on 23 January 2017.
