Private Health Insurance (Prudential Supervision) Act 2015
To: health.com.au Pty Ltd ABN 12 152 479 975 (‘the private health insurer’)
I, Sean Carmody, a delegate of APRA, under subsection 21(1) of the Private Health Insurance (Prudential Supervision) Act 2015 (‘the Act’), cancel the private health insurer’s registration.
This cancellation comes into effect on the day it is made. Dated: 5 August 2022

Interpretation
In this notice:
APRA means the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority.
private health insurer has the meaning given in subsection 4(1) of the Act.
